The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair met personally to promote the upcoming bout.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather attacked ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly happening.
